MFI FUNDING AGREEMENT

ONE AGREEMENT FITS (ALMOST) ALL

Over the years we have developed a “standard” Agreement in both Spanish and English that forms the basis of any arrangement with a prospective MFI Partner. The Agreement in general sets out the terms under which Open to Grow will provide funds to the MFI, the time frame of the agreement, the manner in which the funds will be provided and repaid, the obligations of both parties, events of default, financial parameters to be met and how these are to be dealt with, and the reporting to be made by the MFI Partner to Open to Grow.
